Campaign
pictures have a distinct purpose. Many of my images
have been used in successful campaigns to raise funds
or awareness, for example of developing world issues,
or the provision of lottery grants. Their use, for
organisations like SCIAF, VSO, the CRE, and The Care
Trust has transcended the gamut from advertorial features
to annual reports to billboard advertisements and
posters to gallery exhibitions. Currently I'm interested
in the campaign to restrict lorry traffic in the area
around Mont Blanc. I'm trying to show something of
this beautiful mountain massif which we need to protect
from the ravages of heavy commercial traffic.
